Born on March 10th 1958, Dr. Stanley Lawson’s multi-disciplinary academic achievement and cognate work experience over the years in both the Banking and Finance industry and the Oil and gas industry clearly distinguishes him in his chosen profession with a wealth of expertise and competence to offer. With an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology, an MBA in Finance and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Dr. Lawson spent the first four years of his career as a Resident Geologist/Drilling Engineer after which he proceeded to the Banking/Finance industry where he spent over 17 years holding several top management positions cutting across Operations, Treasury, Credit & Marketing and Risk Management and finally exiting the industry as the Managing Director/Chief Executive of one of The Nigerian Banks. Thereafter, Dr. Lawson returned to the Oil and gas industry where he served the nation as the CFO (GED Finance and Accounts) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) overseeing the funding, budgeting and cash flow planning of the NNPC in particular and the Oil industry in general. He is presently the Managing Partner of Financial Advisory and Investment Consultants – A company established specifically to offer financial advisory services to the oil industry. He has attended several international leadership and management courses including, the Program For Executives of the Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh; the Program For Executives in the Oil and Gas industry of the COX School of Business, Southern Methodist University Dallas the Program for Corporate Leaders of the Harvard Business School Boston and the Senior Management Program of the Wharton University.
Ubile started her career with United Bank for Africa, where she honed her skills in the area of Foreign Operations and Corporate Finance. She is the Executive Director, SIL Foundation, the MD/CEO of Tonibso Nig. Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director at Financial Advisory and Investment Consultants Limited. She studied English at the University of Port Harcourt, and she lives in Abuja with her husband and four sons. Her hobbies are Traveling, Decorating, Cooking, and Counselling
Pharmacist Mrs. Elizabeth Boma Bob-Manuel is a 1974 graduate of Pharmacy from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (OAU). She was employed by the Rivers State Government as a pharmacist and held various posts during her working career. She rose to become the Director of Pharmaceutical Services in the Ministry of Health, a position she held for several years before her retirement in 2009. She is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and an advocate of Anti drug abuse programs. Pharm. Elizabeth Bob-Manuel is married to Alabo Prof. Kelvin Bob-Manuel and they are blessed with 3 sons and a grandson.
